Role Overview

Medical Billing Wholesalers (MBW) is hiring experienced AR Callers to manage insurance follow-ups for pending medical claims. The role involves interacting with insurance providers, resolving claim-related queries, updating revenue cycle systems, and ensuring compliance with client documentation and information security standards.

Key Responsibilities
AR Follow-up & Claims Management
Call insurance companies to follow up on pending claims
Ask relevant claim-related questions based on issue type
Record responses accurately in the revenue cycle platform
Track claim status and ensure timely resolution
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed call notes using client-specific documentation standards
Update actions and resolutions in billing systems
Ensure accuracy in claim documentation and reporting
Generate and review aging reports when required
Compliance & Quality Standards
Follow MBW’s information security policies strictly
Maintain ethical behavior in all customer and insurer interactions
Adhere to process guidelines and client business rules
Required Qualifications
Experience
2 to 4 years of experience as an AR Caller in medical billing services
Strong exposure to:
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Denial management
Insurance follow-up processes
Education
Graduate in any discipline
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (neutral English accent preferred)
Knowledge of insurance billing and claim processes
Ability to handle denial cases and follow-ups
Experience in generating aging reports
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Ability to follow structured call documentation standards

Experienced AR Caller in healthcare billing domain
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Strong understanding of payer rules and RCM workflows
