1 to 4 years in:
Telecalling
Academic Counselling
Student Admissions / Sales
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📞 Lead Calling & Student Counselling
Make outbound calls to leads generated through:
Social media
Google Ads
Marketing campaigns
Walk-ins & QR scans
Counsel students about courses including:
AI & ML
Python
DevOps
AWS / Azure / GCP
Docker & Kubernetes
DevSecOps
Certification Programs
Understand student goals and recommend suitable career tracks
