Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Requirements and Skills:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer-facing roles
Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
May work in an office, call center, or remote setting
Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, may be required
