We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team at a senior level. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in statutory audits, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and strategic business advisory.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct statutory & financial audits with accuracy and compliance
✅ Provide expert financial advice to clients and stakeholders
✅ Lead and manage the accounting & finance team efficiently
✅ Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management
✅ Review and optimize company financial systems and processes
✅ Perform financial testing, verification & compliance checks
✅ Handle mergers, acquisitions & key business transactions
✅ Detect and prevent financial fraud through forensic accounting methods
✅ Prepare quarterly & annual financial statements
✅ Manage budgeting, forecasting & financial planning activities
🔹 Job Specifications
✔ CA Certification is Mandatory
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed CA firm or similar role
✔ Strong knowledge of taxation, audits & compliance regulations
✔ Proficiency in accounting software and IT systems
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving & decision-making abilities
✔ Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
