🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. You will play a key role in ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems function smoothly, delivering a seamless guest experience.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance

Perform routine checks on HVAC systems, boilers, electrical panels, and kitchen equipment

Rapid Response

Handle guest complaints (AC, plumbing, electrical issues) quickly and professionally

General Repairs

Carry out basic carpentry, painting, and masonry work

Safety Compliance

Ensure all work follows fire, life, and safety (FLS) standards

Energy Management

Monitor energy usage and suggest efficiency improvements
🎯 Requirements
Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC
Experience: Preferably from 4★ / 5★ hotel background
Technical Skills:
Troubleshooting AHUs, chillers, DG sets
Soft Skills:
Well-groomed and professional
Comfortable interacting with guests
Availability:
Ready for rotational shifts (including nights/weekends)
