Location: Kumarapalayam, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Minimum 3 years in weaving industry
Qualification: Any degree
Age: 25+ years
Shift: Day shift
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

Supervise airjet loom operations in the weaving department.
Ensure smooth production and timely completion of targets.
Train and guide weaving team members.
Monitor product quality and maintain required standards.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of weaving operations and airjet looms.
Minimum 3 years of weaving-industry experience.
Basic computer proficiency.
Team supervision and people-management skills.
