This is a site-based fitter/welder role, not just workshop work.

🛠️ Work includes:
Welding & fitting on-site
Installation / maintenance work
Travelling to different cities for projects

👉 This is more like a project technician job, not a fixed factory job.

👉 You must be ready for frequent travel / relocation

💰 Salary Reality
₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

👉 For:

6 months experience → OK
3–5 years experience → LOW salary
