🔹 SME – Quality Analyst
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA
🔹 Team Manager – Quality
Experience: 9+ Years (1+ year team handling mandatory)
Salary: ₹10 LPA – ₹12 LPA
Eligibility Criteria:
🎓 Graduate / Postgraduate (Regular)
📞 Experience in International Voice Process (BPO)
👥 Strong people management skills

Key Responsibilities:
For SME / Quality Analyst:
Monitor and evaluate calls for quality and compliance
Analyze QA data and identify trends / root causes
Conduct calibration sessions and maintain scoring consistency
Prepare reports, documentation, and performance insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
For Team Manager:
Lead and manage QA team & Team Leaders
Define and implement quality strategies
Oversee reporting, dashboards, and business reviews
Ensure audit readiness and compliance
Handle client communication and quality governance
Drive CSAT/DSAT improvements and process enhancements
Required Skills:
