Role Overview:

This role involves end-to-end product development, from prototype stage to mass production, including engineering validation and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development

Manage complete NPD lifecycle from concept to production
Support prototype development, validation, and production readiness
Coordinate with cross-functional teams

Engineering & Documentation

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Prepare and manage APQP & PPAP documentation
Apply GD&T principles for dimensional accuracy

Process Development

Develop manufacturing processes for plastic, metal, and assembly components
Ensure process capability and quality standards
Monitor timelines, risks, and corrective actions

Customer Coordination

Handle technical discussions and approvals with customers
Support trials, validations, and project updates
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings
Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, and GD&T
Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
Good communication and project coordination skills
