About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Technician to join the Engineering & Maintenance team of a 5-star luxury hotel in Bengaluru. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems operate flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems, boilers, electrical panels, and kitchen equipment
Ensure all systems are functioning efficiently and safely
Guest Support & Rapid Response
Attend promptly to guest complaints (AC issues, plumbing leaks, electrical faults)
Maintain professionalism and courtesy while interacting with guests
General Maintenance
Perform basic carpentry, painting, and masonry work
Maintain the aesthetic and operational standards of the property
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to Fire, Life & Safety (FLS) regulations
Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards
Energy Management
Monitor utility consumption
Suggest and implement energy-saving initiatives
Requirements:
Education:
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is highly preferred
Technical Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills in AHUs, chillers, and DG sets
Knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance practices
Soft Skills:
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Polite, guest-friendly, and service-oriented attitude
Comfortable interacting with international guests
Availability:
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
