Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer with Cloud expertise to design, develop, and enhance scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Core Python, SQL, NoSQL databases, Azure Cloud, Django, Flask, ETL, data pipelines, and framework development.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building new frameworks, enhancing existing applications, developing data integration solutions, and supporting data architecture and cloud-based development projects within the PropTech domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Python Development and Framework Design

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based software applications.

Build new application frameworks and enhance existing frameworks.

Develop scalable solutions for data pipelines, ETL, analytics, and web applications.

Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable Python code.

Contribute to technical architecture and technology selection.

Develop prototype solutions to address immediate business requirements.

2. Data Engineering and ETL Development

Design and implement data integration and ETL processes.

Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing.

Integrate new data sources into existing information systems.

Support data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.

Improve data quality, accuracy, and processing efficiency.

3. Cloud Development and Architecture

Develop and support cloud-based applications and data solutions.

Work with Microsoft Azure cloud environments and technologies.

Contribute to scalable data architecture and cloud integration solutions.

Support migration of existing business processes to strategic technology platforms.

Optimize application and data processing performance.

4. Database Development and Management

Work with SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server.

Develop and optimize database queries.

Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Neo4j.

Support database integration, data modeling, and data management.

Ensure data consistency, reliability, and quality.

5. Web Application Development

Develop Python-based web applications using Django or Flask.

Design and maintain backend application functionality.

Support web application integration with databases and cloud services.

Full Stack Development experience will be an added advantage.

6. Project Management and Team Collaboration

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.

Plan, scope, and execute assigned technical projects.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to analysts and team members.

Improve development standards, processes, and data quality practices.

Coordinate with remote stakeholders and business partners.

7. Documentation and Reporting

Prepare technical documentation and implementation guidelines.

Develop communication materials for effective data interpretation and usage.

Present technical findings and business insights.

Use Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools for reporting.

Ensure proper knowledge sharing and documentation standards.

Candidate Requirements

8–12 years of experience as specified in the job heading.

Strong hands-on expertise in Python software development.

Experience building and maintaining Python frameworks.

Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Exposure to cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.

Experience with Django or Flask web frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile development and Test-Driven Development.

Knowledge of Git source control.

Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions.

Strong analytical, technical writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
