Job Summary
eCAPS Computers India Private Limited is seeking motivated candidates for the position of Network Support Engineer. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of networking, computer systems, and network security, with an interest in troubleshooting and supporting networking projects. Freshers with relevant certifications are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including hardware, operating systems, applications, and configurations.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Maintain, configure, and monitor antivirus software and email applications.
Communicate with network users to identify and resolve technical problems.
Design, configure, and test networking software, computer software, and operating systems.
Provide technical support to partners and customers working on networking projects.
Handle ticket-based field support assignments.
Assist with network security, configuration, and documentation.
Prepare accurate network diagrams and technical documentation for network design and planning.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of switching, routing, and firewalls.
Familiarity with antivirus solutions and surveillance systems.
Understanding of network security concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues.
Ability to prepare network diagrams and technical documentation.
Dependable, flexible, and willing to work in the field.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Freshers to 1 year.
Education: Diploma or any degree with a specialization in Networking or Computer Science.
Preferred Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, or certifications in cybersecurity products.
Additional Requirement: A two-wheeler is mandatory for field work.
