Job Summary

Bharani Velli Maaligai is looking for an experienced Franchise Operations & Marketing Manager to lead franchise expansion, retail operations, and marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for franchise setup, sales execution, promotional campaigns, high-value order fulfillment, and maintaining consistent brand standards across all franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end setup and operational launch of new franchise locations.

Coordinate site selection, legal documentation, infrastructure readiness, and store setup.

Manage and supervise high-priority domestic and wedding orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.

Develop and execute district-level seasonal marketing and promotional campaigns.

Oversee visual merchandising, store layouts, and brand presentation across franchise outlets.

Monitor franchise performance metrics, sales targets, and operational efficiency.

Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to senior management.

Coordinate with internal teams, franchise partners, and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable legal requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve franchise performance and expand the retail network.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

5–7 years of experience in franchise operations, retail management, or B2B/B2C sales.

Experience managing retail expansion or multi-location projects is preferred.

Required Skills
