Job Summary
Vainavi Goodies is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Clerical Operations Staff member to manage in-store marketing, billing, inventory, documentation, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Pharm degree and be comfortable handling both customer-facing marketing responsibilities and day-to-day retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct in-store marketing activities and support promotional campaigns.
– Engage with customers and provide product-related information.
– Handle daily billing and maintain accurate transaction records.
– Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
– Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
– Maintain store documentation and clerical records.
– Assist with administrative and operational duties.
– Ensure product visibility and support sales promotion activities.
– Follow applicable pharmacy regulations and store protocols.
Required Skills and Eligibility
– B.Pharm degree is mandatory.
– Freshers are welcome; retail or pharmacy experience is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage marketing, billing, stock maintenance, and clerical tasks.
– Must be based in Erode or willing to relocate.
– Immediate availability is preferred.
