Role Overview

We are looking for a Lecturer in Fashion Design to teach college-level design courses and/or share relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate should have strong creative and technical skills in fashion design, portfolio development, sketching, and digital design.

Key Responsibilities

Teach college-level Fashion Design courses.

Share practical industrial knowledge and experience with students.

Demonstrate skills as a Fashion Artist and Fashion Designer.

Develop and guide fashion portfolios featuring both women’s and men’s designs.

Create and evaluate fashion sketches, flats, specifications, and fabric renderings.

Incorporate current and emerging technologies into fashion design education.

Provide guidance on digital communication and related production processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Fashion Design.

1–2 years of relevant experience.

Strong skills in:

Fashion sketching

Flats

Specs

Fabric rendering

Fashion portfolio development

Strong computer skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Knowledge of current and emerging fashion technologies.

Understanding of production processes related to Digital Communication.

Experience in domestic or global fashion markets will be an advantage.
