Job Description: Solution Designer – Contract Logistics Warehouse

Role Overview

We are looking for a Solution Designer to join our contract logistics warehouse team in Chennai. The role involves designing and implementing innovative, customized logistics solutions for customers while driving operational efficiency, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop customized logistics solutions based on customer requirements.

Collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational needs and identify improvement opportunities.

Analyze operational data to identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement.

Evaluate and implement logistics technology solutions, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Develop and implement process enhancements to improve operational performance.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of logistics solutions.

Ensure alignment between customer requirements, operational processes, technology, and internal teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly in solution design and implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Creative and innovative approach to solution development.

Familiarity with logistics technologies such as WMS and TMS.

Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical logistics solutions.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
