Senior Designer – HVAC
Work Experience
Minimum 5+ years
Contract Duration
6 months
Key Responsibilities
Develop 3D models using Revit, PDMS, AutoCAD, and other latest modelling tools.
Develop detailed HVAC system designs, including:
Heating and cooling load calculations
P&IDs
D&IDs
Ducting layouts
Piping layouts
Provide inputs for platform layouts.
Coordinate the issuance of engineering drawings and technical documents for Inter-Discipline Checks (IDCs).
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate required data inputs.
Supervise the preparation of technical inquiry requests and inquiry requisitions for vendors.
Participate in technical evaluation of vendor bids.
Provide guidance during Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
Review vendor drawings and technical documents.
Supervise the review of design calculations.
Ensure vendor equipment specifications comply with client requirements.
Ensure equipment and design solutions remain within budgeted costs.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience as an Onshore & Offshore HVAC Designer.
Strong 3D modelling skills.
Proficiency in Revit, PDMS, and AutoCAD.
Good understanding of HVAC system design and engineering documentation.
Experience coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines and vendors.
