Key Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determine project requirements.

Schedule projects and define budget constraints.

Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements.

Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas.

Create logos and other graphic designs using design software or by hand.

Select appropriate colors, layouts, and visual elements for each graphic.

Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs.

Test graphics across various media and platforms.

Amend designs based on feedback.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand.

3D & Multimedia Responsibilities

Use 3D modeling, texturing, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations.

Collaborate with animators and other artists on ongoing projects.

Attend project meetings and contribute to creative discussions.

Understand project requirements and develop creative concepts.

Work with various design and multimedia software.

Additional Requirements

Familiarity with design software and technologies such as:

InDesign

Illustrator

Dreamweaver

Photoshop

Blender

Premiere Pro

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an added advantage.

Keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, graphic designs, or other creative work.
