Role Summary

Q&I Today, an initiative by Thomson Digital, is looking for a passionate and experienced Foundation Teacher to teach students in Grades 8–10 and support early preparation for competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct onsite and online classes in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics for Grades 8–10.

Use Q&I’s digital platform for personalized practice and student performance tracking.

Create test papers, assignments, and high-quality questions aligned with CBSE and competitive examination requirements.

Resolve individual student doubts and provide ongoing academic support.

Track student progress and contribute to academic planning and performance reviews.

Participate in doubt-solving, content development, and content review.

Contribute to a collaborative and student-centric academic environment.

Technology-Enabled Teaching

Use AI-based assessment and learning tools for personalized student practice.

Leverage real-time analytics and performance dashboards to identify learning gaps.

Use AI-tagged question banks and assessments aligned with competitive exam standards.

Support concept mastery through practice-based learning workflows.

Provide targeted interventions and academic support based on student performance data.

Integrate traditional classroom teaching with AI-powered learning tools.

Eligibility

B.Tech / M.Tech: IIT or NIT

M.Sc: From a reputed university

B.Ed: Additional advantage

Experience: 4–6 years of teaching experience in Foundation programs for Grades 8–10

CBSE school experience: Essential

School Integrated Program experience: Highly preferred

Excellent English communication skills

English-medium educational background is essential
