Kindergarten Support Teacher – Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with daily rhythms and activities.

Assist children during free play, storytelling, singing, art, and outdoor activities.

Engage with children with warmth, patience, and respect.

Support festival celebrations, parent events, and other school activities.

Primary Support Teacher – Responsibilities

Assist with classroom management and learning activities.

Help children practice reading, writing, and arithmetic.

Guide children during group work and collaborative activities.

Provide additional attention and support to children who need it.

Eligibility

Any Bachelor’s Degree.

Genuine interest in working with young children.

Willingness to unlearn and relearn.

Openness to learning and growing within the Waldorf approach.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
