Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on:
Core & Advanced Java
Python
Full Stack Development — frontend and backend
Train learners on Spring Boot for Java.
Teach Django / Flask for Python.
Train on React / Angular for frontend development.
Teach database management:
SQL
NoSQL
Provide training on DevOps tools such as:
Docker
Jenkins
Conduct hands-on coding exercises.
Guide learners through real-world projects.
Update training materials based on current industry trends.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Java, Python, and Full Stack technologies.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Spring Boot.
Django / Flask.
React / Angular.
SQL / NoSQL.
Docker / Jenkins.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
