Key Responsibilities

Design and develop robust, scalable backend systems using Python and Django.
Optimize Redis for caching and application performance.
Configure and manage load balancers for high-availability systems.
Deploy and operate applications in Linux environments.
Integrate software solutions with telecom systems.
Mentor junior developers and enforce development best practices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot reliability issues.
Drive continuous improvement of development processes and technologies.

Required Skills

3–5 years of professional Python development.
Strong Django experience.
Extensive Redis and load-balancer knowledge.
Linux administration, scripting and system optimization.
Telecom software development or strong understanding of telecom systems.
Distributed systems, high availability and application scaling.
Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
