Engineer for Plant Layout & Piping

Primary Objective

Provide technical support for plant arrangement and piping layout.
Work with 3D plant modelling systems, particularly Autodesk Plant 3D.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment and piping arrangement for plants and process systems.
Prepare plot plans, plant layouts, foundation location drawings, and structural support guide drawings.
Prepare piping layout drawings, isometrics, and BOMs.
Design/arrange structural steel supports for piping and equipment.
Handle technical clarifications and coordinate with project teams across the Coperion network.
Perform detail engineering for special piping components.
Manage design changes during plant/piping layout projects.
Participate in internal/external design reviews.
Document engineering activities and technical equipment.
Contribute to global technical development teams.
P3D project setup administration is an added advantage.

Required Skills

Knowledge of mechanical engineering, plant layout, and piping in process industries.
Experience with 3D plant modelling systems.
Autodesk Plant 3D experience preferred.
Experience handling orders/projects in the plant engineering industry.
Good English communication.
Technical and commercially minded.
Flexible, solution-oriented, and communicative.
Strong teamwork.
Willingness to travel.
