Key Responsibilities

Design, simulate, and prototype analog and digital circuits for industrial AI products.
Develop schematics and BOMs using EDA tools.
Work with firmware and mechanical teams on integrated hardware solutions.
Perform hardware testing, debugging, validation, and documentation.
Optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, reliability, and performance.
Conduct worst-case analysis for robust hardware design.
Review PCB layouts for thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance.
Troubleshoot EMI/EMC, thermal, and electrical testing issues.
Support FMEDA / functional safety activities.
Ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.

Required Technical Skills

10+ years hands-on hardware design experience.
Strong analog and digital electronics knowledge.
DC/DC converters, Op-Amps, and analog circuit design.
EMI/EMC design considerations and troubleshooting.
Worst-case analysis.
PCB design and debugging.
Oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
Altium Designer / OrCAD or equivalent EDA tools.

Preferred

Experience in automotive, industrial, or other high-reliability sectors.
Familiarity with functional safety standards and testing protocols.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
