Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Chennai

Preferred License: C License
Key Responsibilities
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and utilities.
Maintain and troubleshoot:
HVAC systems
Air compressors
DG sets
Chillers
Boilers
Other utility systems
Supervise installation and commissioning of new machines.
Monitor power distribution systems, LT/HT panels, and transformers.
Diagnose electrical breakdowns and perform root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
Maintain maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and technical documentation.
Support electrical safety, compliance, and GMP audits.
Required Skills
Strong electrical maintenance and utilities experience.
Electrical circuits, wiring, PLC, and control panels.
LT/HT power distribution and transformers.
HVAC, compressors, DG sets, chillers, and boilers.
Machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Breakdown analysis, RCA, and corrective actions.
Knowledge of electrical safety regulations, electrical codes, and GMP.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
