Key Responsibilities
Perform CNC and VMC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Prepare electrical circuit drawings for CNC/SPM machines.
Handle commissioning and installation of CNC and SPM machines.
Edit and diagnose Fanuc ladder programs and troubleshoot Fanuc controller faults.
Diagnose and resolve issues in CNC control systems.
Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns in machines using Fanuc servo systems.
Install and commission electromechanical VMCs, including horizontal and vertical machining centres, particularly Japanese machines.
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance and machine servicing.
Diagnose Fanuc servo-system faults.
Provide customer training after machine installation.
Manage AMC customers and customer relationships.
Analyze customer requirements and generate spare-parts quotation requests.
Coordinate with customers for service, maintenance, breakdown support, and technical requirements.
