Job Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work meets required quality standards.
Monitor construction processes and resolve site-level issues.
Coordinate with the project team to maintain progress and quality.
Ensure proper execution of work according to project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in site supervision or a related construction role.
Knowledge of construction processes and quality control measures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
Residential project experience is valuable for this position.
