Role Overview

Best InfoSystems is looking for an experienced India Recruiter – Civil Engineering & Architecture to handle recruitment for engineering and architecture positions. The candidate should understand Civil Engineering/Architecture roles and be capable of sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates for Civil Engineering and Architecture positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to offer coordination.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records in ATS/CRM systems.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on Civil Engineering, Architecture, construction roles, and talent-market trends.
Eligibility & Skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Prior experience in India recruitment, preferably engineering/architecture recruitment.
Strong understanding of Civil Engineering and Architecture job roles and terminology.
Experience with candidate sourcing and screening.
Knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Preferred
Experience with ATS/CRM and recruitment management tools.
Previous experience recruiting Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architects, Site Engineers, Project Engineers, etc.
