Role Overview

Best InfoSystems is expanding its Business Development team and is looking for professionals who can acquire new staffing/service clients across IT, Non-IT and Healthcare sectors. The role covers the complete B2B sales cycle and can suit candidates from Executive through Manager/Leader level.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and target prospective clients across IT, Non-IT and Healthcare.
Generate leads through:
Cold calling
LinkedIn
Email campaigns
Referrals
Networking
Build relationships with HR heads, procurement teams and business decision-makers.
Understand client hiring/service requirements and present customized solutions.
Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely and quality candidate delivery.
Manage the complete sales cycle:
Prospecting → Pitching → Negotiation → Closure → Onboarding
Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly client-acquisition/revenue targets.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements
1–20 years of relevant Business Development, Client Acquisition or Sales experience.
IT/Non-IT/Healthcare staffing experience preferred.
Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven and adaptable.
