Sales Manager

Salary Structure:

First 6 months: ₹12,500/month
After 6 months: ₹18,000/month + variables
After 2 years: ₹4 LPA + variables
Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for sales planning, revenue growth, team management and achievement of organizational sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop business plans covering sales, revenue and expense controls.
Achieve planned sales goals and revenue targets.
Set individual targets for sales team members.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Supervise the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation.
Train salespeople on products, sales techniques and customer handling.
Motivate and develop the sales team through coaching and counselling.
Promote the organization’s products and services.
Understand target customers and align products with their needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Customer relationship management experience.
Experience managing/directing a sales team.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Leadership and team-management skills.
