Job Summary

Jeevan Auto Motor Pvt Ltd is looking for an Insurance Executive to handle two-wheeler/bike insurance activities at its dealership. This is a suitable opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in customer service, insurance, and automobile dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with bike insurance requirements.
Learn and understand two-wheeler insurance policies and procedures.
Handle insurance renewals for existing customers.
Generate new insurance policies for customers purchasing two-wheelers.
Follow up with customers regarding upcoming policy renewals.
Explain relevant insurance information clearly and professionally.
Maintain proper customer and policy-related records.
Coordinate with senior executives and other dealership teams.
Provide polite, professional, and customer-friendly service.
Work toward assigned insurance and renewal targets.
Requirements
Any Degree
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to learn insurance products and processes.
