Job Summary

Jet Travels is looking for a Reservation & Ticketing Executive to handle flight ticket bookings, reservations, and customer travel requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide professional travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle ticket bookings and travel reservations for clients.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
Provide professional advice on travel-related queries.
Coordinate with customers to confirm and process bookings.
Ensure accurate handling of passenger and booking information.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide timely solutions.
Manage multiple bookings and customer requests efficiently.
Maintain proper booking and customer records.
Resolve travel-related issues and coordinate with relevant parties when required.
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the booking process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant reservation/ticketing software.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
