Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection.
Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Handle cash collection and payment recovery professionally.
Maintain accurate collection records and update reporting systems.
Assess customer/debtor situations and identify potential recovery risks.
Resolve payment-related issues while maintaining good customer relationships.
Meet collection targets and deadlines.
Follow legal and ethical requirements related to debt recovery.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills.
Field collection and cash collection ability.
Payment follow-up and debt recovery.
Negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of credit risk assessment.
Knowledge of legal compliance in debt recovery.
