Job Responsibilities
Handle queries from UK/US clients and provide appropriate assistance.
Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
Handle challenging customer cases with patience and professionalism.
Follow up with customers when additional information is required.
Provide accurate, complete, and valid information using appropriate tools.
Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Adapt to rotational shifts as required.
Eligibility
Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
Good English communication and fluency required.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
