Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and explain the company’s services and offerings
Follow up with clients through email and WhatsApp
Share pricing and service-related information
Coordinate internally to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Conduct demonstrations of services and processes
Complete initial training and e-learning programs
Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and continuously develop skills
