Female Telecaller – Bangalore
Location: Rampura & Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore
Gender: Female
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
Experience: 1–15 years
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Generate and qualify leads
Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries
Explain products/services and handle customer queries
Convert leads into sales
Maintain customer interaction records in CRM
Track call volume, conversions and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with sales and customer-service teams

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills preferred
Regional language: Kannada, Tamil and Telugu required
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Ability to handle objections and multitask

Education: High school/equivalent; Degree or Diploma accepted.
