Shift: Day/Night shift
Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete Flour & Pulses production operations.
Plan and monitor daily production targets.
Supervise machinery operation and maintenance.
Ensure safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Lead, train and manage production staff.
Improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Maintain production, raw-material and inventory records.
Coordinate with other departments for timely dispatch.
