🎯 Role: First Line Manager (FLM)

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive manufacturing and the ability to manage production teams and shift operations effectively.

🔧 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Manage and supervise production operators
• Handle shift operations and workforce management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day production activities
• Manage operators and allocate manpower effectively
• Ensure adherence to production and quality standards
• Implement and maintain IATF system requirements
• Work with SAP Production Module
• Monitor production activities and support productivity targets
• Ensure compliance with automotive manufacturing processes and standards

🎓 Candidate Profile

✔ 5–8 years of experience as an FLM
✔ B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
✔ Prior Automotive Industry experience
✔ Strong shift-management experience
✔ Knowledge of IATF requirements
✔ Experience managing production operators
✔ Knowledge of SAP Production Module
✔ Strong leadership and team-management skills
