🏗️ Job Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure efficient site execution
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, architects, designers, and project managers
• Monitor construction quality through regular site inspections and audits
• Identify and rectify construction defects or deviations from approved plans
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively
• Maintain clear communication between site and office teams
🦺 Safety & Risk Management
• Enforce site safety protocols and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment
• Maintain compliance with applicable site safety requirements
📐 Technical Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents
• Resolve technical issues encountered at the construction site
• Suggest suitable design modifications where required
• Conduct site surveys and setting-out activities
• Ensure accurate measurements for structures and utilities
📊 Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain site records and daily progress reports
• Maintain work logs and construction documentation
• Record material usage and project milestones
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
💰 Resource & Cost Management
• Monitor manpower, material, and equipment allocation
• Assist with cost estimation and budget control
• Coordinate timely procurement of construction materials
• Monitor resource usage to support efficient project execution
