BPO Voice Process / Sales Executive – Freshers & Experienced

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: On-site
Candidates: Bangalore residents preferred — no relocation/outstation candidates

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent English communication is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Present suitable BPO solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities for additional services.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Knowledge of BPO services and industry trends.
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales-tracking tools.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 take-home per month
