Job Description

Medical Coding involves converting healthcare documentation into standardized diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems. This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates from life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, and allied health backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
Review medical records and healthcare documentation.
Assign accurate diagnosis codes using ICD-10-CM.
Assign procedure codes using CPT.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Meet quality and productivity targets.

Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
