Job Summary

Shivakamam Engineering and Construction Equipments LLP is hiring Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell XCMG construction equipment across multiple locations in Tamil Nadu. The role involves market development, customer acquisition, sales planning, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute market planning strategies.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
Generate new leads and build strong customer relationships.
Promote and sell construction equipment to prospective clients.
Prepare sales proposals and negotiate with customers.
Coordinate sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
Maintain regular communication with customers and provide after-sales support.
Eligibility
Experience: Minimum 3 years preferred, especially in the Construction Equipment Industry.
Freshers with strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
