Job Summary

A men’s wear showroom in Tiruppur is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Staff to assist customers, drive sales, and deliver an excellent shopping experience. Candidates with a passion for fashion and strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
Provide guidance on men’s fashion, sizing, fitting, and product features.
Recommend outfits and accessories based on customer preferences and occasions.
Maintain an attractive and organized showroom display.
Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory management.
Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and new arrivals.
Eligibility
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
Previous experience in retail clothing sales, especially men’s fashion, is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and sales abilities.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Work Environment
Fast-paced retail showroom.
Standing for extended periods.
Regular interaction with customers.
Salary

₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
