Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive education sales across Salem and Tirunelveli. The ideal candidate should have experience in school book sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to expand business by working closely with schools, teachers, principals, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell educational books and learning solutions to schools.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and book dealers.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations and book demonstration sessions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Plan and execute territory sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Coordinate with distributors and dealers to ensure product availability.
Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on territory performance.
Represent the company at educational events, exhibitions, and school meetings when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in school book sales.
Experience in education publishing or academic product sales is preferred.
