Job Summary

ANS Dhivyam Jewells is looking for a creative and customer-focused Digital Sales Specialist to drive online sales through digital channels. The role combines customer engagement, content creation, social media management, product showcasing, and digital sales conversion while delivering an excellent online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Customer Engagement
Interact with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication.
Digital Sales
Guide customers through the online buying process.
Share product details, pricing, and availability.
Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
Achieve digital sales targets.
Content Creation
Create and edit product images and promotional creatives using Adobe Photoshop.
Design promotional banners, social media posts, and stories.
Produce engaging visual content for online campaigns.
Product Showcasing
Coordinate jewellery product photography.
Upload and showcase new collections on digital platforms.
Ensure attractive presentation of products across online channels.
Order Management
Process online orders accurately.
Prepare invoices and coordinate deliveries.
Track orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
Customer Relationship Management
Conduct follow-ups after purchase.
Handle customer queries and after-sales support.
Maintain long-term customer relationships.
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve online engagement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
Resident of Salem, Tamil Nadu
Fluency in spoken and written English
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Comfortable using social media and messaging platforms for business communication
Passion for jewellery and visual presentation
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
