Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Current Account Relationship Manager to drive current account acquisition and strengthen relationships with existing corporate and business banking customers. The ideal candidate should have prior banking experience in liability sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of banking compliance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition
Identify and acquire new Current Account customers.
Generate business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective corporate and business clients.
Relationship Management
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing Current Account holders.
Increase business opportunities through cross-selling and deepening customer relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer service to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly acquisition and sales targets assigned by the organization.
Conduct corporate engagement and market development activities.
Expand business opportunities within the assigned territory.
CRM & Reporting
Record and track customer interactions through the CRM system.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.
Submit timely reports on sales activities and customer engagements.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI, RBI, and banking regulations.
Follow internal banking policies and operational procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Current Account Acquisition within a bank.

Candidate Requirements

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹5 Lakhs per annum
