Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our women’s boutique in Erode. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, provide an excellent shopping experience, and maintain an organized and attractive store environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Understand customer preferences and assist in selecting suitable products and sizes.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and display racks.
Assist with billing and basic sales transactions, if required.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Support inventory management and stock organization.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales goals.
Follow company policies and maintain high service standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification: Open to eligible candidates.
Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
