Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager – Steam Turbine to lead and expand the aftermarket business for steam turbines. The role focuses on driving revenue through spare parts, service contracts, retrofits, upgrades, and long-term customer relationships with key industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
Drive aftermarket sales growth through:
Spare parts
Annual service contracts
Retrofits and modernization projects
Equipment upgrades
Manage strategic customer accounts such as Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, and other major industrial clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sales and service-related customer requirements.
Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and oversee successful project execution.
Lead, mentor, and support the aftermarket sales engineering team.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.
Build strong long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
8–12 years of experience in aftermarket sales of rotating equipment.
Strong expertise in Steam Turbines.
Experience working with OEMs such as:
Siemens
GE
MAN
Mitsubishi
Dresser-Rand
or similar companies.
Extensive exposure to:
Oil & Gas
Petrochemicals
Power
Utilities
Saudi Arabia/GCC market experience is highly preferred.
Strong technical, commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
