Job Summary

The company is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Sales Executives to promote and sell real estate properties. The role involves handling customer inquiries generated through digital platforms, scheduling site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through phone calls generated from digital marketing and online platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments and coordinate property site visits.
Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication.
Negotiate with customers and close property sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates.
Use general computer applications for sales tracking and communication.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
4–5 years of experience in marketing/sales, preferably in Real Estate & Properties.
Good telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
Basic computer proficiency.
Young, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Negotiable for the right candidate.
Attractive sales incentives in addition to salary.
