Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build a successful career in sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, promoting training programs, and achieving sales targets through telemarketing and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective and interested candidates.
Promote Anexas’ training programs through telemarketing, email campaigns, and other outreach activities.
Identify, qualify, and connect with potential leads to generate new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and update the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Generate business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead nurturing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, or marketing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience in training, education, EdTech, or service sales.
Ability to generate leads through cold calling and email marketing.
Strong persuasion and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
